When you call to make an appointment, you will be offered a time for a first consultation within a week.

If the answering machine is on when you call, you will  most often be contacted within the next hour.

In your first session you will have the opportunity to talk about what is troubling you, as well as your expectations of counselling and what you  want to achieve.

What is involved in the counselling process will also be discussed.

The office is located 10 minutes from the city, in easy reach by public transport or by car.
